I had a great experience working with Backroad Graphx, especially Brandt. From the beginning, he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and detail oriented. I accidentally sent the wrong files for my K2 Home Solutions shirts, and Brandt caught the issue immediately before production started. That attention to detail saved me from ending up with a product that wasn't right. Rather than just printing what I sent, he took the time to reach out and make sure everything was correct. He also walked me through the available shipping options and helped me choose the best solution for my needs. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The finished shirts turned out fantastic. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the final product looks professional and exactly how I envisioned it. It's rare to find businesses that genuinely care about getting things right, but that's exactly the experience I had with Backroad Graphx. Highly recommend Brandt and the team. Where can I start? Brandt Definitely has helped me through growing my business, and I greatly appreciate him for that. His customer service is amazing. And his whole printing warehouse is the best! Any question, I might have, He always has an answer. A lot of other companies just print for you and that’s it. Brandt pays close attention to detail and Let’s me know if he see’s something is off. I can’t give a big enough shoutout to Backroad Graphx for their amazing service! I had a big order for a local non-profit and I was doing my best to keep costs down so I compared prices and turnaround time with several places. Backroad was by far the best choice! Their pricing was the lowest and their TAT is always quickest. I use them in most all orders I get, they have never let me down. I HIGHLY recommend them! These guys are amazing!!! They do all of my company swag and they have also done some 3D printing for me. Everything they do is high quality and top notch! I highly recommend!
